Interior and Exterior Janitorial Services

Professional-grade drywall is engineered to contain fire within a specific area, giving occupants time (45 to 90 minutes) to evacuate and emergency services time to respond. Improperly installed or damaged drywall can lead to building code violations, which may result in fines, or the loss of occupancy permits. Or much worse, loss of life. The reason we mention this information is because all our drywall jobs are handled with this in mind.

PAINTING:

In a commercial setting, drywall and paint are more than just cosmetic finishes - they are the "skin" of the building. Commercial spaces face significantly higher traffic, so the quality of these finishes directly impacts the safety, functionality, and financial performance of the asset. A great paint job consists of high-quality paint as well as a high-quality painter. We make it a habit of providing both.

We definitely DO windows. We currently clean over 20,000 exterior and interior windows a year. This is the equivalent of washing all the windows in the Empire State building 3 times!

Not regularly cleaning windows can mean etching the glass. Once glass is etched, standard cleaning can’t fix it. The options are extensive polishing or replacement. Neither of which is inexpensive.
